STUDIO SOMA POLICY
Soma is a studio born of creative tension, where the body and emotions collide with the flow of art and smell. Each stage of creating the facility, from the idea through design and implementation, takes place in our studio in Warsaw.
In the line with the policy of sustainable development:
- our objects, including candles, are made of the highest quality materials, incl. from a proprietary blend of natural waxes;
- we use original fragrance compositions created by us;
- we try not to create extra stock, hence the studio reserves the actual date of order fulfillment, the dates specified in the order finalization process are approximate dates;
- we create our objects with the utmost care and attention, while remaining faithful to the standards offered to our customers;
- objects, including candles, are produced by hand, therefore the photos in the online store are illustrative photos.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Soma Studio, each object is carefully prepared and sent especially to the client. If for some reason your order does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The Client may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to the Buyer’s specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs, are not subject to return.
The Client must send the returned Goods at their own expense (protected against damage). The parcel should be sent to the address provided in the return e-mail.
If the product you ordered has a defect, you can make a complaint. First of all, please submit a complaint to the e-mail address [email protected] Please provide the order number, describe the defect and send photos of the advertised product.
CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE
Exchanges can only be made to change color. If you want another item for your item, please return the product and make a new purchase. Exchanged items must have the same product number, and your exchange must be returned in accordance with our return conditions.
To exchange your order, you must :
- Define the color you want and check if it is available on the site.
- Contact customer service via our ~Contact Form~ to request an exchange indicating the order number.
If it is possible to exchange your order, you will receive an exchange ticket by email. You will then have 7 days to return your item. If your item has not been returned within this time, the exchange will be cancelled and your item will be returned to you by standard mail.
Once your exchange has been received, we will send you the replacement item (s) free of charge using our standard shipping service. You will receive an email to confirm the shipment and your tracking number.
Return costs for an exchange or a refund are the responsibility of the customer.
CONDITION OF CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Only orders that have not been dealt with by our delivery service can be canceled.
To cancel your order you must :
- Contact customer service via our Contact Form to request a return indicating the order number.
If it is possible to cancel your order an email will be sent with a cancellation and refund ticket.
The payment will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the refund. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original transaction unless otherwise requested.
